- Access details will be sent directly to your registered email address. Please ensure your technical specifications meet the requirements to access our files.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want to ensure a fair marketplace for both our users and creators. Our refund policy is strictly conditional:
- When Refunds Apply: You are eligible for a refund only if there is a technical issue on our end, or if the digital files/course materials were never delivered or made available to you.
- When Refunds DO NOT Apply: If the digital files have been successfully accessed, downloaded, or if the course videos have been opened and watched, no refund requests will be accepted under any condition.
3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy
All content hosted on Varnexadigital, including text, graphics, videos, code, logos, and digital structures, is the exclusive property of Varnexadigital.
Strict Violation Warning:
- You are granted a single, non-transferable license for personal or internal business learning only.
- Sharing login credentials, distribution of downloadable links, reselling, or uploading our material on shared drives/social platforms (Telegram, Mega, Google Drive, etc.) is legally prohibited.
- Any user found guilty of piracy or account sharing will face permanent account termination without notice and zero refund. Legal action may also be pursued.
4. Payments and Security
All transactions are processed through highly secure, authorized payment gateways.
- We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
- In case of a payment failure where money is deducted from your bank, the refund or settlement will be processed within 5-7 working days as per standard banking protocols.
5. Limitation of Liability
